Job Description:

Coastal Realty & Strata is seeking a results-oriented Sales Associate with a proven track record in the real estate industry to join our team at our brand new Port Macquarie office. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for generating leads, listing properties, negotiating sales, and building strong relationships with clients. You will be a crucial part of our team, contributing to the success of our expanding business and establishing Coastal Realty & Strata as a leading agency in the Port Macquarie area.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and nurture a strong client base through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Conduct thorough property appraisals, providing accurate and insightful market advice to prospective sellers.
  • List and market properties effectively using a variety of channels, including online platforms, print media, and open houses.
  • Conduct property viewings and inspections, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts skillfully and ethically, striving to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients, providing timely updates, feedback, and expert guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, local real estate developments, and relevant industry regulations, ensuring you provide informed and accurate advice.
  • Actively contribute to team goals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Represent Coastal Realty & Strata with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Must hold a valid Class 2 or Class 1 Real Estate License in NSW.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds./li>
  • Strong knowledge of the Port Macquarie real estate market and surrounding areas (highly desirable).
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the Coastal Realty & Strata brand with pride.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This is a commission-based position offering a highly competitive commission structure commensurate with experience and performance. Earn between 45% to 70% commission on sales. We also offer ongoing training and support to help you maximize your earning potential.
